As you click on the various sections of our Website, you will learn in more detail what we’re about as a Christian community in Fairbanks, Alaska. But the essence of who we are is contained in the slogan we have long used here:
“All are Welcome—No Exceptions!”
As Jesus embraced all people, inviting them to travel with him along a path of healing, spiritual renewal and trust in the God who loves rather than condemns; so we invite people to travel a similar path at Christ Lutheran Church. We proclaim that we are saved by the grace of God and not by who we are, what we do or how we think. The Bible is our guide but not our Lord. Our unity comes from our trust in God, not from uniformity in biblical or theological interpretation.
